Link

A high-conversion marketing website designed to bridge the gap between traditional local retailers and the digital economy. The site serves as the primary entry point to explain FaydaMX's citywide loyalty ecosystem and drive merchant/user acquisition.

The Challenge

Local "mom-and-pop" stores often struggle to compete with global e-commerce giants because they lack a digital platform that makes local shopping feel rewarding. The challenge was to design a marketing website that didn't just list features, but shifted the narrative from "What can this site do?" to "How does this rebuild my local community?" The site needed to balance the emotional appeal of supporting local businesses with the functional logic of a tech-driven rewards system.

Results and Reflection

The Solution

The website was designed using a narrative-driven scrolling strategy, moving from a high-impact emotional "hook" to simplified proof of value. It avoids "feature dumping" in favor of contextual storytelling.

  • Figma Prototype: View Interactive Design

  • Information Architecture: Implemented a "Hook → Connection → Proof → Action" flow to guide users through the benefits of the loyalty network without overwhelming them with technical specs.

  • Visual Rationale: Used a clean, minimal layout inspired by modern design principles to improve focus on the product value.

  • Strategic CTA: Placed repeated but contextual "Call to Action" buttons throughout the journey to ensure the site performs as a conversion tool, not just a gallery.

Results

By focusing on emotional utility, the marketing website successfully positioned FaydaMX as a relationship enabler rather than just another app.

  • Clarity of Value: The site clearly differentiates the "Citywide Loyalty" concept, making it easy for merchants to see the ROI of joining the network.

  • User Engagement: High-glanceability and big typography ensure that the core value proposition—"1 Coin = 1 Rupee"—is understood in under two seconds.
