How do you empower an entire professional industry? You build them a dedicated home for growth. The Strata is a pioneering educational platform designed to solve a major challenge for Australian Strata Management professionals: the absence of formal certification. As a Digital Consultant at Human Digital, I played a key role in the conception of this solution, creating a digital hub to elevate the standards and career prospects of a community.
Challenge
The Strata approached Human Digital with the goal of creating a user-friendly and informative website specifically aimed at strata managers and owners in Australia. However, they had already chosen a specific platform, Kajabi.com.

Solution
Research & Content Strategy:
In-depth research was conducted to understand the needs and pain points of strata managers and owners. This research formed the foundation for the website's content strategy, ensuring it addressed their key questions and concerns.
User-Friendly Design:
A user-centric design approach was taken to create a website that was easy to navigate and understand for both technical and non-technical users.
The wireframes were created using Figma and shared with the client for feedback.
After multiple feedback loops we finalised on the information architecture and the key flows of the website.
A design system was created in Figma and a fully functional prototype adhering to the Kajabi platform was delivered to the Client.
Kajabi Implementation:
Despite being unfamiliar with Kajabi, I was successfully able to implement the design within the platform's functionalities. This ensured a seamless user experience while adhering to the client's chosen platform.

Results and Reflection
The Strata website provides a valuable resource for strata managers and owners in Australia. The website's user-friendly design and informative content make it a valuable tool for anyone navigating the complexities of strata management.
